I knew I needed a change in my life physically but I knew I couldn't go at it alone. When I started working out on my own 3-5 times a week I saw some results, but I also knew that I needed to change a lot of my eating habits. Last December I reached out to Neil at Prove In Health. We came up with a clear cut plan to reach said goals. Neil did an amazing job answering any questions I had and he was great at communicating between our scheduled 1-on-1 calls. The app Prove In Health uses is easy to use and the other members do great providing you a sense of community as we all were working toward our own goals.

“When I came to Neil and Toni, I was so frustrated with fitness and nutrition. “Neil is a miracle worker: Through years of bad form, non-existent stretching, and the belief that | was getting older with "bad joints”, I had developed pretty intense pain in my right knee that prohibited me from performing deep squats. Previous trainers would either ignore my complaints and have me push through the pain, prohibit certain exercises, or modify the exercises, but Neil addressed the pain. How? By addressing weakness and low range of motion in my hips and ankles.
