    While our nutritionists excel in promoting general wellness and sustainable lifestyle changes, there are instances where the specialized knowledge and clinical expertise of a dietitian may be beneficial. Dietitians undergo similar training in nutrition, however they are additionally certified to work in clinical settings and offer medical nutrition therapy for treating specific health conditions. So for those requiring intricate dietary modifications or navigating intricate health conditions, a dietitian can offer targeted interventions and comprehensive nutritional support.

  • We work with you on all aspects of your health not just one part, because it’s all connected.

    We are the only company that offers a fully customizable exercise plan according to your ability level, equipment, and timeframe without the need for a personal trainer.

    We also use our own app as a habit tracking tool to keep your new health habits and commitments at the forefront of your mind.

  • Unlike some other companies, we don't currently have registered dietitians on staff who can prescribe specific dietary plans to address medical conditions. Additionally, we don't have a physical facility for in-person consultations or group training sessions. However, what sets us apart is our unwavering commitment to your journey. So, while we may not have an on-site kitchen or a training room with mirrored walls, we offer something invaluable: genuine dedication to your well-being and a partnership in achieving your healthiest self.

  • We will do personal training on a case by case basis, but it is not built into any of the packages we offer. The cost of those personal training sessions is $70 for virtual and $75 for in person + $10 transportation fee.
